My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio Brooks City Base was overall positive, though there were a few aspects that could use improvement. The location was fantastic, close to stores and restaurants, providing easy access for any needs. The room was generally clean and well-maintained, but I did encounter issues with the laundry facilities that were quite frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the friendly staff and the decent breakfast options.

I had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Antonio Brooks City Base! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Nicole and Natasha, who made me feel welcome right from my arrival. The hotel is in a great area, away from the crowds yet close to many restaurants and shops. The only downside was the bathroom lighting, which could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd recommend it! 😊
